On-the go Jarus Health mobile app for the members of Healthcare payers

Our healthcare payer app provides an easy, convenient platform for members to manage their health plans, benefits information and to search for providers, hospitals, pharmacies and more, all from their smartphone or tablet. This provides healthcare payers with the ability to leverage different channels to empower their members with self-service tools, opens a new communication channel to members, and allows members to easily manage their health plan.

By providing these self-service tools, members are able to perform a multitude of functions using different features, anywhere and at any time, such as:

  • Manage the plan individually or for family members
  • Manage their communication preferences
  • Manage their claims activities, including claims details and their explanation of benefits
  • Manage their plan progress
  • Manage their benefit information
  • View ID and Save Member ID cards to their mobile device
  • Ability to send and receive notifications between the payer and member regarding key activities to increase engagement
  • Ability to email recorded messages to reduce the customer service call volume during peak periods
